Наконец-то обманутые инвесторы в американские акции через биржу СПБ встают на правильный путь. Жаловаться в ЦБ РФ, Роспотребнадзор, президенту и т.п. это то же самое что жаловаться наркодилеру на то что растет потребление наркотиков. Так как акции американские и инвестор является акционером американской компании, а также платит налоги на дивиденды в бюджет США, то естественно что обращения надо писать в американские регулирующие органы типа FINRA и SEC. Вполне возможно что эти органы даже не знают что творится с российскими акционерами и не подозревают что какая-то СПБ биржа нелегально занимается распространением наркотиков американских акций в РФ. Думаю, что рано или поздно регулирующие органы могут придумать схему восстановления российских акционеров в своих правах, может быть даже открыть временный счет обманутых российских акционеров на территории США и перевести все акции туда. Или еще как-то. Им виднее.

Так как сейчас посыплются массовые обращения в SEC, то большая вероятность что СПБ биржу просто лишат всех каналов доступа к американским акциям и акции будут заблокированы полностью. Поэтому я бы не тянул с фиксацией прибыли и полного выхода в кэш. Прямо сегодня. Завтра может быть поздно.

I am writing regarding an issue faced by foreign investors who have been investing in foreign stocks through Russian brokerage accounts.
Hundreds of thousands people held US and EU stocks in Russian brokerage accounts (primarily VTB Bank) at the start of the Russian invasion in Ukraine. When VTB Bank was sanctioned, they reassured us that our foreign stocks will be safe and have transferred us to a different brokerage Alfa Bank that was not sanctioned at that time. However, all our foreign stocks transferred from VTB to Alfa are frozen and both banks can't give us a clear explanation on why that happened. I just want to point out that I am speaking on behalf of honest private investors who merely invest in US and EU stocks to keep our savings safe. We are deeply saddened by the war which we do not support. Many of us have left the aggressor country and do not wish to be associated with all its wrongdoings. There are no personal sanctions against us and so we consider the freezing of our assets completely unacceptable and illegal. VTB and Alfa banks just say that our foreign stocks are frozen by Euroclear and provide completely no assistance. Please assist us on what we can do to gain access to our stocks. The Central Bank of Russia refuses to assist us and the court cases against the VTB or Alfa Banks will lead to nothing due to the corrupt system in the country. We have no one else that can provide assistance.
Can you please let us know whether our US and EU stocks that we bought in the Saint Petersburg stock exchange have actually been frozen by Euroclear? And what can we do in that case? I can provide any documentation needed.
Please give me some clarification on the subject if you can or let me know who I can contact further. Thanks!
